MEDITATION

For the morning meditation the breath, the voice, rhythm, and self reflection are the focus. My classes are based on the Japanese Zen Buddhism training. For me it is essential you learn first the basics, like a healthy posture and get guidance. It is for all levels. The main text we use for this meditation is "Form is emptiness, emptiness is form". I hope I will see you soon in the meditation and hope to hear your insights. In the meditation I want you to find your own way!
